The following prices apply to patients who are receiving all pre and post-operative care at the Toledo LASIK Center in Toledo, Ohio. A consultation in our office is the only way to be certain what procedure you would be medically eligible for. Over 90% of our patients qualify for LASIK laser vision correction.

During your consultation in our office we will educate you on all your options for LASIK. Only after the consultation will you be certain what your fee for LASIK will be.
